Job Duties:

Greets customers warmly and graciously, escorts them to tables and provides menus.
Handles the waiting list and coordinates with the HOO during rush hours.
Stands at the door, thanks each guest individually for attending, and wishes everyone a safe trip home.
Directs Bussers / Waiters to prepare seats / tables according to the number of Customers.
Serves ashtrays & table napkins to customers when needed (especially during rush hours), and informs waiters to proceed with the script.
Covers the breaks of Waiters when HOO is available to handle the reception area.

Job Requirements:

BA or a Technical degree, preferably in the hospitality or related field.
Good looking, presentable, bilingual & fast learner.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Job Duties:

Prepares and fills his / her daily section as per the Par Level Preparation list Vs. FIFO method during opening.
Supports the person in charge to prepare the request related to CPU & Main Spring orders.
Checks bad quality, labels & expiry dates of products and reports it to his direct manager.
Makes sure to produce items with best quality & design as per C & G standards.
Makes sure to cook within safe temperature & zone.
Defrosts products when needed taking into consideration the danger zone.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in Food & Beverages industry (0 ? 2 years of experience) holds a BT, TS or High School degree.

Job Duties:

Prepares & fills the side stations for the next shift.
Serves the Food & Beverages from kitchen and bar to the floor.
Supports the Bar area during service time.

Good English language skills, presentable & fast learner.

Job Duties:

Greets customers & delivers menus as per C & G's standards.
Takes orders from customers in a professional manner and types it on the POS system.
Shows high level of customer service.
Uses cross selling & up selling techniques to promote C & G items and increases the average check per table.
Responds to customer requests immediately.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverages industry in a well-known restaurant
Good English language skills, Computer skills, presentable & fast learner.
